Website and app “Vapoteurs Suisses”

1. Introduction

By browsing the Vapoteurs Suisses website (www.vapoteurs-suisses.ch) or using the My Vape app by Vapoteurs Suisses (app.vapoteurs-suisses.ch), hereinafter together referred to as “the Site”, you agree to these terms of use. These terms apply to all visitors, users and others who access or use the Site.

2. Minimum age

By accessing and using the Site, you confirm that you have reached the legal age to consume tobacco or vaping products in your jurisdiction of residence. You must be at least 18 years old to purchase products on this Site in Switzerland. Any misrepresentation of age will result in the immediate termination of the account and may have legal consequences.

3. Payment means and methods

We accept payments by the following methods:

  • PostFinance
  • PostFinance Card
  • TWINT
  • Bank transfer
  • On invoice

4. Payment by bank transfer

Payment can be made by bank transfer using the details provided when completing the order. Please note that orders are processed only after the payment has been received and confirmed.

5. Payment on invoice

Payment on invoice is available only to customers who have placed at least one previous order and hold a registered customer account. Orders placed without meeting these conditions may be cancelled by our team. After receiving the goods, the customer has 15 days to settle the invoice. The maximum amount per order is CHF 200. Only one order on invoice is allowed at a time.

6. Intellectual property rights

All content on the Site, including texts, images, logos, graphics and their layout, is our exclusive property. Any reproduction, distribution or use of this content without our explicit consent is prohibited.

7. Limitation of liability

The Site is provided “as is” and “as available”. We do not guarantee that the Site will be free of errors, bugs or viruses. Although we make every effort to ensure the integrity of the Site, we are not liable for damage caused by its use.

8. Changes to the terms of use

Vapoteurs Suisses may revise, add or remove sections of these terms at any time. Each change takes effect upon its publication on the Site. It is your responsibility to consult these terms of use regularly.

9. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by and interpreted in accordance with Swiss law. In the event of a dispute, the Swiss courts have exclusive jurisdiction.

10. Vape's Coins loyalty programme

Customers with a customer account and an e-mail address earn Vape's Coins on every purchase, online (website and app) as well as in our shops, when the purchase is linked to their customer account. In the shop, simply give the e-mail address of your account at the checkout.

  • Rate: Vape's Coins are calculated on the price of the items excluding VAT, after discounts and excluding shipping costs, according to the product family: 5% for e-liquids, 3% for hardware and accessories, 1% for products subject to tobacco tax (ready-to-vape 10 ml e-liquids, prefilled cartridges and nicotine boosters). 100 Vape's Coins are worth CHF 1.– of store credit; the total of each order is rounded down to the nearest whole number.
  • Validity: 12 months from the date they are earned. In addition, all Vape's Coins on an account expire when no purchase has been linked to it for 6 consecutive months, in the shop or online.
  • Use: Vape's Coins are offered as credit at the time of payment, online when you are logged in to your customer account, and in the shop. They can neither be exchanged for cash nor transferred.
  • No more than 5'000 Vape's Coins (CHF 50.–) can be used per order, online as well as in the shop; the remaining balance is kept on your account for your next purchases.
  • The part of a purchase paid with Vape's Coins does not earn new Vape's Coins. In the event of a return or refund, the Vape's Coins earned are deducted proportionally.
  • Welcome credit: 500 Vape's Coins are credited once per customer account, after the first login from the app installed on the phone's home screen.
  • No product can be obtained free of charge: if Vape's Coins cover the full amount of a purchase in the shop, a symbolic amount of CHF 1.– remains payable.
  • Points earned in our previous loyalty programme are carried over unchanged as Vape's Coins.
  • In the event of abuse (multiple accounts, fraud), the Vape's Coins concerned may be cancelled. We may change the programme; Vape's Coins already earned remain valid until they expire.
